SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® is a unique creative healing process using images, imagination and intuition to create your very own personal deck of SoulCollage® cards.

SoulCollage® is a process. It is Creative Art... It is Spiritual Nourishment... It is Healing... It is Fun... It is Inspiring... and It is Motivating. It captivates you; allowing you to be with your inner being... listening to your intuition and honoring it. It is a complete process of getting to know who you truly are and learning to accept yourself right in the moment.

SoulCollage® has three parts:

No experience is necessary in this process. Using your imagination and intuition with the use of images will take you on a creative healing journey of getting to know all the aspects of self. SoulCollage® is a creative and a healing tool. As a creative tool it awakens the artist within whether you are a professional artist or blossoming self-taught artist. The process allows self-expression in a gentle way and promotes creativity to flow and move into other areas of your life. As healing tool it assists the body, mind and spirit to expand and explore the past, the present and the future to awaken the parts of self that are choosing to come into balance.

The different suits help unravel the unique intricate parts of self through a process that is positive, uplifting, guiding, honoring, and supportive in bringing forth all that we are and all that we have been and all that we are reawakening... SoulRemembering.

Getting Started with SoulCollage®
Start by creating a space for yourself where you will not be disturbed for at least one hour. SoulCollage® cards are made on mat board and are sized 5x8. If you don't have mat board, you may begin by using file folders, cardboard or posterboard and cut it to the size of 5x8. You will need scissors, glue sticks, rubber cement and most importantly a magazine(s), newspaper, cards or a variety of images from various sources. Using your intuition and imagination begin to peruse and tear out images that you are drawn to and place them aside. Continue tearing out images for about fifteen minutes. Look through your images and find the ones that are calling you and place them in front of you with your blank 5x8 card. Using your intuition place the images on the 5x8 card and begin to glue them down. If there is an excess over the card simply cut around it. Keeping the process simple when first beginning SoulCollage® will allow you to be in the moment and enjoy the experience.

Where SoulCollage cards are available to be seen by others, it is for the purposes either of demonstrating the SoulCollage® process or of sharing the cardmakers' inner process in the context of community.
